NEET

About Neet

The National Eligibility cum Entrance Test (NEET) is an all-India medical entrance exam for admission to undergraduate medical courses in government and private medical colleges. Conducted by the National Testing Agency (NTA), NEET is a pivotal exam for aspiring medical students. It assesses candidates on subjects such as Physics, Chemistry, and Biology, which are essential for a career in medicine. NEET has become the primary entrance exam for all medical colleges in India, ensuring that admission to medical courses is based solely on merit, irrespective of the student’s background or location.

Eligibility For CUET

To be eligible for NEET, candidates must have completed their Class 12 with Physics, Chemistry, and Biology as compulsory subjects. They must have attained a minimum age of 17 years and must be Indian citizens or holders of an Overseas Citizen of India (OCI) card. Candidates must also meet the required minimum marks in their Class 12 exams as specified by the Medical Council of India (MCI).
